This Tor Book cover from Chopping Block's collection remains one of my all-time favorites. We were given an artwork of a prominent, bloodshot eyeball. With the story centered on a writer, we blended this intense image with an old-school typewriter. What's fun? The "PRETERNATURAL" letters popping out of blank keys. It's a quirky touch that doesn't necessarily make sense, but it sure looks cool.
