Help from Carl Sagan’s organization made this project a reality. "Last year, Planetary Society members helped… Chop Shop select historic robotic spacecraft missions to turn into screen-print posters for the living room."

Fast Company featured our project in their popular infographic design series. "The Altered States of America is a retro-tastic five color print that maps all of the improbable happenings of science fiction, fantasy and horror upon our nation's proud soil"

This post started it all for Chop Shop in 2008. Following Cory’s post our “weRobot” tee appeared on Gizmodo, SlashFilm, featured on Etsy and many others. "I love this "robot celebrity" tee from ChopShop -- science fictiontastic!"

In 2004, Chopping Block was to focus of this vintage Adobe promotion. “Along with its keen sinse of humor, “The Block” is known for its fun, irreverent, and original designs for Web sites, advertising campaigns, brand identities, kiosk applications, and print projects.”
