These are songs that were written explicitly for The Chopping Block and Chop Shop around 2003 by They Might Be Giants, not previously available anywhere. The EP includes the two official themes for The Chopping Block, “Oranges and Graphic Design” and “Robot Design” the latter being the precursor to the kid’s song “Robot Parade”. Also included are the Chop Shop themes “I Got My T-shirt Back” and a largely misunderstood theme titled “Prisoners of Graphic Design”. As a bonus for purchasing the full EP is an upbeat alternate version of “Oranges”, instrumental versions of each “Orange” theme and a somewhat fantastical Testimonial for The Chopping Block by John Flansburgh. Back in the late 1990’s web design companies sometimes threw parties featuring performances by their favorite rock band/clients. Pair of two posters, one featuring The Chopping Block and the other They Might Be Giants. Offset printed on thick 24"x16" stock.

The now vintage They Might Be Giants site by The Chopping Block which was live from around 2004-2009. Each print is customized with a random non-sequitur message on the shield. Print is 11x17" archival digital using Epson quality inks on Moab Entrada paper.

“No!” was the first children’s album by They Might Be Giants and the whole identity was designed by Chop Shop Studio (then Chopping Block). Released in 2002, the album became the soundtrack for a generation now heading to middle school. Each print is sealed with the Chop Shop Studio logo. Print is 10x10" archival digital using Epson quality inks on Red River paper.
