The legendary artwork that is set to out-live humanity itself… broken down and explained in seven easy segments. Print is Epson digital on archival Red River Satin White. Your final trim size will appear with an extra white border which can be trimmed if needed. Wheat-paste is black ink on neon orange stock and comes as a set of two.

The Planetary Society has a big bash lined up in Fredericksburg, Texas, this year called Eclipse-O-Rama, and we've been busy designing loads of Texas-themed swag for it. But we know the eclipse is a North American event, not just a Texas one. So, we didn't stop there – and went and created a national version to be sure nobody feels left out of the party.

Juno is the first mission to go into a polar orbit around Jupiter. Making it possible for the first time to view the north and south poles of this gas giant. .  Giclée versions are printed archival with Epson inks and sizes are as noted in the pull down. The screen print measures 20"x36" printed in 4 colors by Vahalla.

Enough about Curiosity, Perseverance, helicopters, and all these rovers. In only three and a half months, Pioneer became the very first mission to enter the Asteroid Belt to explore the outer solar system. The history of rockets is showcased in four eras: The Cold War, Apollo, The Shuttle Years, and the Modern Age. It begins with Archytas’ steam-powered pigeon and spans to today’s Starship Super Heavy and SLS, with each rocket dated and defined a key below. The Planetary Society is hosting an impressive gathering for the eclipse dubbed Eclipse-O-Rama. The event’s official poster showcases Fredericksburg as a prime spot for viewing the eclipse's totality in the USA, symbolically marked with a Blue Bonnet flower.

The James Webb Space Telescope is a time machine that can see back nearly to the point of creation itself, 13.5 billion years ago. The design boasts this fact in a text burst and includes a timeline starting at the upper left with the Big Bang, red-shifting its way through the dark age and across the print (above). The stars and galaxies begin to more fully populate the page until you see the universe as it is today at the lower right. The limit of JWST’s limit is tagged in yellow just after “First Stars”. Screenprint is 4-colors on heavy stock, measures 18 x 24 to edge. Archival Digital Prints are various sizes printed with ConeColor ink and RedRiver papers.

The Lunar Roving Vehicle was featured on Apollo missions 15, 16, and 17 from the years 1971-72. Each vehicle drove an average of 30km on the surface of the moon and were ultimately left behind upon departure.  Sorry, this is not available as a screened print. The archival digital prints (aka Giclée) are available in a range of sizes including 36"x18" which matches the other screen prints from the Giant Leaps Series. Jupiter Swirl is inspired by the amazing images of Jupiter’s south pole returned by the Juno mission. Giclée prints are produced on archival Red River Satin White with ConeColor inks. Sizes options are as noted in the pull down.

This print spotlights Robert Goddard’s “NELL” (1926), the first liquid-fueled rocket to make a successful flight, diagrammed and labeled like a proper mission briefing, with all key components. This design was created for the new Planetary Society membership t-shirt. Based on our drawings for Planetary Blocks, arranged according to location but translated graphically to three colors. A similar design can also be seen here based on the original full color drawings. Print is Epson digital on archival Red River Polar White. Giant Leaps featuring the historic missions of human spaceflight is the third in our series of space exploration prints. The missions selected include Apollo 11, The International Space Station and Vostok 1. Screen prints are all from a limited edition series. Digital prints are Epson printed on archival Red River Pearl White. The screen prints are sold out for now. Giclée prints are archival quality with Epson inks. Sizes are as noted in the pull down. All include an added white border, but the 42"x24" measurement includes a half inch white border.

With only so much room on our Planetary Blocks, we were excited to also produce a foldout supplemental poster to expand on the research and data we used to create the set. It expands on the scale and distance sides of the blocks as well as providing a ton more of new information from ice volcanoes to subsurface oceans all the way out to Planet Nine! Choose from Light Grey, Inverted Black or Stark White. Digital print is 16"x24" on Red River archival paper using Epson inks.

Some of our favorite planets are moons. The moon featured here is Io. Moon of the Jupiter system. The most actively volcanic body in our solar system, and extensively explored by both Voyagers and the Galileo spacecraft. It is also 20% larger than Pluto. Print is Epson digital on archival Red River 68lb. UltraPro Satin. Most final trim sizes will include an added white border anywhere from .25" to .75" inches depending on the proportions.
