Citizen Science is collaborative research between amateur and professional scientists who share a common goal. Most citizen scientists are everyday people, who are curious about science and want to collaborate with others.

The Allen Telescope Array is an instrument dedicated to the search for extra-terrestrial signals. Thanks to the far-sighted benevolence of many donors, including Paul Allen (Co-founder of Microsoft) the first 42 elements of the ATA are now online and are continuously scanning the heavens.

The Drake Equation was first presented by Frank Drake in 1961 and identifies specific factors thought to play a role in the development of extra-terrestrial civilizations. Get the tee and help spread the word that thanks to numerous advancements in technology; we are finally putting down hard numbers where once there were only variables.

This is something we have wanted to do since opening our space shop. The Planetary Society was stablished 40 years ago this year and this tee features the original “Clipper” logo which was used for at least 20 years.

It is impossible to capture the effect that the Apollo Program had on our collective psyche and on the arc of worldwide technological progress in one image. But wear this tee and at least people will know you appreciate it.

On March 24, 2025, The Planetary Society held its annual Day of Action in Washington, D.C., with the message "NASA works" as the theme, following a successful write-in campaign, and advocating for NASA's continued funding and missions.

To capture the relative scale of each engine, we've applied a sliding scale, allowing us to display even the smallest of rockets with enough detail to appreciate their historic significance.

They are all there… 50 different extra-terrestrials from film, television, books, toys and even a couple from rock history! Can you figure out all 50?
