This project allowed us to revisit and rejuvenate our earlier Nascar website design into a printed rendition. The transient nature of the digital world was becoming evident even back then. Projects online had a way of fading into oblivion. So, the chance to immortalize our designs in print was always a welcomed one, providing a tangible reminder of our work.

Reflecting on it now, I must admit the design doesn't quite hold up to later standards. While the font, arguably its redeeming feature, still doesn't completely resonate with me, it's the "fire" motif in the bottom right corner that feels especially out of place. The letterforms, in retrospect, seemed to shine more when spelling out "chopping block" than in this iteration.
